Welcome! I'm Estelle, the artist behind Estelle Vernon Designs. For those who would like to see my jewelry in person, I'd be delighted to welcome you at my studio located at the Torpedo Factory Art Center, 105 North Union Street, Studio 201, Alexandria, Virginia, 22314 United States.
When it comes to shipping, I assure you that your chosen pieces will be securely and swiftly delivered to you. All my jewelry is covered by Jeweler's Mutual insurance for its full value during transit. I utilize USPS Priority Flat Rate Box, UPS, or FedEx for shipping. If you need your item to reach you faster than usual, please reach out to me at 240-704-8150 and I'll arrange overnight shipping with FedEx 2nd Day PM or Overnight UPS/FedEx service, and provide you with the rates.
The delivery time for your jewelry depends on what you've purchased. Custom orders can take between 6-8 weeks, factoring in the complexity of the design and the volume of orders. Meanwhile, ready-to-ship items generally arrive within 3-5 days. I will promptly send you an email after your purchase to inform you of the lead time and ensure any additional queries you might have are addressed. If you need an item by a specific date, please let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate you.
For those who live nearby and prefer to collect their orders directly from the studio, please get in touch with me for confirmation. Upon receiving my confirmation, you're welcome to pick up your order from my studio at the Torpedo Factory Art Center.
I understand that sometimes, a local delivery might be more convenient for you. If that's the case, please contact me and I will try my best to accommodate a local delivery, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
