Return and Repair Policy

As the designer and creator behind Estelle Vernon Designs, I believe in the quality of my work and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, I understand that sometimes, things may not be as you expected. Here is my policy on returns and repairs:

Returns

Please note that custom, customizable, and special orders are not eligible for exchange or credit. As a small business that primarily creates one-of-a-kind and limited production pieces, I can offer a 7-day exchange or credit-only policy.

If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with me within 7 days of receiving your jewelry to obtain a return code and my mailing address to initiate the exchange or credit process. Please make sure that the item is in new, unworn condition and includes all original packaging. I hold the right to refuse an exchange or credit if the returned item is damaged.

When returning the package, ensure it is insured for the full amount paid, tracked, and requires signature confirmation. I can't be held responsible for packages lost in transit, so these measures are crucial for your peace of mind and mine.

Credits are assigned to the original purchaser. Exchanges of gifted pieces can be made by the original purchaser or the recipient.

Repairs

Each piece of jewelry is carefully inspected before it leaves my studio. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving it.

For any repairs needed after purchase, please get in touch with me immediately. I cover repair costs caused by defects, excluding shipping, for 3 months after purchase. After inspecting the item, I'll let you know whether I believe the damage was due to a creation defect or improper care.

If the damage is determined to be due to improper care or negligence, I'll be happy to repair it for a fee. When sending any item for repair, please package it in a rigid box and place it inside another rigid box, like a flat rate box. Insure it for its full value and send it tracked with signature confirmation.

Customized or Personalized Jewelry

Please understand that custom, customizable, and special orders are final sale and not returnable. I encourage you to ask as many questions as necessary and work closely with me during the creation process to ensure that your custom piece meets your expectations.
